  • Pre-Authorization

    Contact us with your policy number. We will verify your coverage and obtain a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from your insurer.

  • Cashless Procedure

    For approved cases, the surgery cost is billed directly to the insurance company. You typically only pay the co-payment or deductible (if any).

  • Post-Care Claims

    We adhere to the insurance cost agreement for your follow-up reviews and medication, ensuring you receive the maximum reimbursement available under your plan.

We value transparency. Here are answers to the most common questions regarding Medisave limits, cosmetic exclusions, and corporate billing.

Generally, no. Laser Vision Correction is considered a cosmetic or lifestyle procedure. However, some high-tier international plans may offer partial coverage. We can check this for you.

Yes. You can withdraw up to the withdrawal limit (approx. $2,450 per eye) from your Medisave account. The remaining balance can often be covered by your Integrated Shield Plan.

For most private Integrated Shield Plans, a referral is not strictly required, but it is helpful. For corporate plans, a referral from your company GP is often mandatory for coverage.
