2. Appointments and Consultations

• Booking confirmation: Appointments are confirmed only after our staff explicitly confirms your booking.

• Cancellation policy:

  • More than 24 hours notice: No fee

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of consultation fee

  • No-shows: Full consultation fee

• Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling; rescheduling fees may apply.

• Duration: Consultations have set time slots. Extended consultations may incur additional fees.

3. Fees and Payments

• Currency & GST: Fees are in SGD and subject to GST. Full fee schedules are available upon request.

• Payment methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. 3% surcharge applies for credit cards.

• Deposits: Surgical procedures or repeat consultations may require non-refundable deposits if cancelled less than 48 hours prior.

• Medisave/Medishield Life: Eligibility and claims verification are your responsibility.

• Insurance: Assistance may be provided, but coverage is not guaranteed.

• Non-payment: Outstanding fees must be settled within 30 days; overdue accounts may incur 1.5% monthly interest and referral to collection agencies.
