BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Leslie Ang is a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist specialising in retinal conditions and vitreoretinal surgery. He completed his medical training at the National University of Singapore and undertook two fellowships in advanced vitreoretinal surgery, including at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ang manages a wide range of retinal and general ophthalmology conditions, including retinal detachments, diabetic eye disease, and myopic complications. Before joining private practice at Shinagawa Eye Centre, he held key roles in public healthcare, contributing to patient safety initiatives and medical education.
Dr. Ang has also served as a clinical tutor and examiner at both NUS and NTU, earning recognition for his contributions to medical training.
